Capital Replacement Program & Revenue Requirements Slides
The Sierra Lakes County Water District held a Board Workshop on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 1 PM to discuss some of the District’s more critical Capital Improvement and Capital Replacement needs that will be required over the next 5 to10 years, the revenue requirements necessary to fund those improvements, and the potential funding mechanisms available to public entities to finance these types improvements and replacements. A followup Question and Answer Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 1 PM. The Zoom link is show below:

Community Workshops covering the same material will be scheduled for later in the spring and summer to present a draft plan for moving forward and to solicit input from property owners before finalizing the District’s 2022 Capital Improvements/Replacements Plan.
