Pat began working as a full-time Utility System Operator in November 2018. He graduated from Truckee High School and San Jose State University with a degree in Business. Pat worked for the City of Aspen from 2013-2015 as a Utility Specialist and the Tahoe Truckee Sanitation Agency from 2015-2018 as a Wastewater Treatment Operator. He is certified as a Grade 2 Water Treatment and Grade 2 Water Distribution Operator, a Grade 2 Wastewater Collection Operator and a Grade 3 Wastewater Treatment Operator.
